Posted September 07, 2018 07:00:00Federal architecture firm Pritzker Architecture, in partnership with developer Pritzkers Architecture, has created a sleek, sleek and sleek-looking tower that could be built for less $1,000,000.
The tower, which has a floor area of just 8.5 million square feet, is a hybrid between a building and a condominium.
Pritzker Architects has designed the structure with a number of different components, such as a roof that sits on a metal slab, a facade that forms a roof, a skylight on the exterior, a central lobby with a fireplace and a glass wall, and a second-floor office space.
The interior spaces will feature a “diverse palette of textures, materials and materials” to complement the facade, according to Pritzkar Architecture.
The project, which is expected to be completed in 2020, has already attracted a number, and many, design awards and accolades, including the Design Center Design Award, the New York Times Building Magazine’s Architecture Designer of the Year, and the Architectural Record’s Design of the Century.
“This project is one of a handful of projects that will be developed at the same time in our building-based architecture landscape,” Pritzki Architecture President and CEO Brian Pritzkowitz said in a statement.
“We have a clear idea of what the future looks like and how it will look with our architecture.”
